Step 1 - Contact and Preparation
Contact us by phone or email and tell us as much as possible about your website project - the more information you give us, the better we can help you!
You could also fill in our Website Preparation Form. This form covers the main points we need to know about to be able to help you.
Once you have made contact and decide you feel confident we can help you, we can arrange a meeting to discuss your website project in depth. However, if you would prefer to work with us by phone and email, this is a perfectly good option too - especially if you live a long way away or if you are short of time.
When you decide to go ahead, we will ask you to sign our Client's Agreement Form and will request a 50% deposit, based on the estimated total cost of your website - this will have been discussed and agreed while looking at your website requirements . This payment is required after we have discussed your website in detail and before start of the design work.
Step 2 - Website Design
We will need your website text and images before we can design your website draft. If you are not sure how to get this organised, we can help you. We have lots of experience and some good tips!
We can then start our design work - based on any style/colour preferences discussed in the preparation phase.
Once we have created a draft, we will contact you for your feedback. It's never a problem making changes at this stage - we want you to be happy with the design!
Step 3 - Website online
Once you are pleased with your website and decide it is ready to 'go live', we need payment of the balance (remaining 50%).
We upload your website to the servers and create a sitemap - this will help Google index your website.
When your website is online, we're still here for support if you have any questions or when you need to update your website information.
